Seat terms

The 8-week sprint starts on set Mondays, usually the first Monday of the month, with an onboarding call at 17:30. Times are Amsterdam time. You pick your start date when you book. The weekly calls are on Tuesday and Friday. All calls are on Zoom at zoom.nharry.com. Each set of calls has a cap. If it is full for your start date, we tell you the other call times before you pay.

Paying

The sprint costs €499, paid in full when you book. Or hold your seat with €99 and pay the €500 balance later, €599 in total.

Hold your seat: €99 is charged when you check out and Stripe saves your card. The €500 balance is charged to that card automatically 7 days before your start date. We email you a reminder 10 days before your start. This option closes 7 days before each start.

Pay in full: €499, charged when you check out. Nothing more to pay. Open until 3 days before the start.

Codes: referral and partner codes work on pay in full only. You add them on the payment page and they take €99 off, so you pay €400. They don't work on the €99 hold.

If the balance charge fails, we email you a payment link. You have 48 hours to pay. After that your seat is released and your €99 moves once to the next start date. The full Field Guide and Discord open once the balance is paid.

Card details are handled by Stripe. No Bull Ship never sees or stores your card number. We store the Stripe customer and payment method references so the balance can be charged.

Refunds

• Cancel more than 7 days before your start date: full refund.
• From 7 days before the start: no refunds. You can move once to the next start date.
• If you live in the EU or UK, your legal 14-day right to cancel still applies. See the terms.

Reply to your confirmation email or write to nic@nharry.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Your 14-day withdrawal right

If you live in the EU or UK you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. If your start date is less than 14 days after you pay, you tick a box asking to start before that period ends. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the share of the 8 weeks already delivered.

Moving your start date

You can move your seat once to another start date, if there is room. Ask by replying to your confirmation email.

After the 8 weeks

You get 2 free months in the community. In week 7 you can opt in to Accountabull at €29/month, charged from the day after your free months end. It never starts unless you opt in. We remind you a week before the first charge.
