To be honest, I'm not looking for 20-year-olds to come and build with me. I'm not looking for a 25-year-old who's trying to build a unicorn. I am not looking for young people with no domain expertise, no experience. I'm not looking for young people who are software engineers.

My name is Nick Harold Ambass and I've been building businesses since I was 16. I've been learning lessons the hard way through failure, bashing my head against the wall so that hopefully you don't have to and we can short circuit all of the pain that I went through so that you don't have to go through the same pain. I realized that I enjoy helping people build things. I realized also that I have high agency and I have since a very young age and that most people have never learned high agency.

I also realized that what a lot of people struggle with is holding themselves accountable when they have an idea, sticking to that idea and simplifying the idea to the smallest possible version so that they can build the idea out, test it, and get it live. And that's why I launched No The main thing that I wanted to test with No Bullship is a specific kind of person to join me in this build. To be honest, I'm not looking for a 20-year-old to come and build with me. I'm not looking for a 25-year-old who's trying to build a unicorn.

I am not looking for young people with no domain expertise, no experience. I'm not looking for young people who are software engineers. I am looking for people who have deep domain experience, who are older than the age of 40 and who have never built something on their own, but who really believe that the idea that they have is something they can turn into a real solution for a real customer and earn real money as a side business. I want those people, those people who are my peers, but who just haven't shipped something like I've shipped something.

And I found those people. And every single person who arrived in this program was apprehensive and overwhelmed and nervous and scared, but by the end of the 8 weeks had gone through the program content and built more of their business than they have in the previous few years just thinking about their business. And I can't tell you the kind of joy I get from helping people realize that they have agency. Helping you understand that the only thing standing between you and turning your idea into a business is your own focus, dedication, and accountability.

And so now I'm putting a call out to you. If you have been in your job for a long time and you've seen things that nobody else really has seen and you understand where the problems are and you know how to fix them, but you just haven't built something on your own before, there is a place for you now. No bullship is exactly what it says. There is no build.

There is just shipping where I help you by being proactive in your journey, pushing you and proddding you, provoking you to just do the thing to just overcome that fear that we all have and just do the thing and ship every single day until you've got a test of this product out in the world and you can validate whether the idea you had actually solves the problem that you were hoping it solves. I'm gonna keep doing no because I get fulfilled helping other people build businesses. I love watching somebody realize that they have set their own limits and that those limits don't exist when somebody pushes you past them. And a little bit of knowledge goes a long way in 2026.
